I bought Willa for a friend's daughter and she still provides is with endless entertainment. I do have to say that we thought Willa was malfunctioning after a bit of use when we first got her (she was repeating herself) but we realized we just needed to change the batteries. Once the batteries were changed she was back to normal. My friends daughter also got a little frustrated at first saying the commands but then we read the directions again and realized we weren't reading the phrases as they were listed.
